1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the RV Machinery website, purchasing products, or requesting quotations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Products & Specifications
We strive to display our machinery specifications and images as accurately as possible. However, due to continuous R&D and improvements:
- Actual machine appearance may vary slightly from images.
- Technical specifications are subject to minor changes without prior notice.
- We do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.
3. Pricing & GST
- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices shown on the product page may be exclusive of GST. The final calculated amount including GST (18%) will be displayed at checkout.
- You must provide a valid GST number during checkout to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC). We are not responsible for ITC loss due to incorrect details provided by the user.
4. Payment Policy
To ensure secure transactions for high-value machinery:
- Orders below ₹50,000: Can be paid online via Credit/Debit Card or Netbanking using our secure gateway (Razorpay).
- Orders above ₹50,000: Must be paid via NEFT/RTGS Bank Transfer.
Process: Your order will be marked as "Pending" until you transfer the funds and submit the UTR number via our verification portal. The order is confirmed only after the funds reflect in our bank account.
5. Shipping, Installation & Delivery
- Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates provided are estimates. Delays caused by logistics partners, natural calamities, or force majeure are beyond our control.
- Installation: Installation charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout. Our engineers require a prepared site (power, space) as per the machine manual.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Cancellation & Returns
Due to the specialized nature of industrial machinery:
- Cancellations: Allowed only within 24 hours of order placement. A cancellation fee of 2% may apply to cover gateway charges.
- Returns: We do not accept returns once the machine has been dispatched or installed, except in cases of manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
- Warranty: Warranty terms are specific to each machine model and are provided in the product manual.
7. Limitation of Liability
RV Machinery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or production downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
